Closing an email  must be effective and include just a short clause:

  • Thank you for your cooperation./ Thanks in advance. 

  • I look forward to your reply./ I look forward to hearing from you.

  • I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
  • Please get back to me as soon as you can./ Please reply asap. 

  • Thanks in advance

    If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me./ If you need
  • to know anything else, just let me know.

  • Any feedback you can give me on this would be gratefully appreciated./ If you have
    any further questions, please contact me at any time. 

    At the very end insert your name for friendly emails and name and surname for a more formal context.
